OUR BOOKING COST BREAKDOWN:

* This 'Admin Service Fee' covers most of our secure credit card processing and validation fees and is a substantial savings compared to costs added with online travel platforms. This is a direct booking with the homeowner/property manager.  

After submitting a Request to Book  the request will be reviewed and a quote from the email id "Gos-WNC-Rentals" will be sent to your email inbox.  If all looks good, you can then click on Accept and Finalize.  This initiates a simple and secure booking process.
